Our Chef, Pierre, is pleased to cook for you !
Pierre grew up in the world of cooking, alongside his father. It was natural that he trained as a chef and completed his apprenticeship in Noailhac, Basse-Corrèze.
His career then took him to London, at the Ritz, before perfecting his skills with the legendary Joël Robuchon.
He continued his apprenticeship with Gérald Passédat, a three-star chef in the South of France.
In Paris, he explored new horizons, experimenting with bistronomy in French bistros, then discovered Greek and Italian cuisine.
The chef did not hesitate to explore more exotic flavors during his time in Australia, in a high-end restaurant, in order to nourish his creativity.
Our Concept
Pierre offers generous cuisine using fresh and seasonal products. From Monday to Thursday , he creates a unique menu (starter, main course, cheese or dessert) at 20 euros/person (upon reservation before noon, the day of arrival.
At the Château, there is no service from us, but everything is prepared in advance. You do not have to do anything : just enjoying the moment !
Pierre prepares your menu in advance. Your table is set in the dining room. When you are ready, whether it is 7:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m., help yourself, sit back and enjoy at your own pace. We provide you with a wide selection of drinks (with or without alcohol) in self-service, for an aperitif or to accompany your meal.
Depending on the season, choose to dine in our lovely dining room, on the terrace, or in the garden.

For guests staying over the weekend, from Friday to Sunday, we offer individual starters (€8–11) and main dishes (€10) in jars, prepared by a local company. The dishes are to be reheated in the microwave. A vegetarian option is available. No reservation is needed — the jars are available for self-service 24/7.
The most important thing for us? That you feel free and confortable, like at home.
